Catering L'Oiseau Bleu was founded in 2017 by Caspar Burgi.
Caspar Swiss of origin, is known for several television programs including 'Koffietijd' and Born2Cook.
He has worked for various star restaurants and was owner of two successful restaurants and a catering company in the Netherlands.
L'Oiseau Bleu is a full service catering / event company and provides national and international corporate and private events at a high level. The company is located in the South of France (Cote d'Azur). An event can be arranged from A to Z by Hotkitchen and her partners. We create the event together with you. We let each event seamlessly suit your aims, wishes and budget so that each event will have a unique character which will leave an indelible impression at both the clients and the invited guests.

Catering L'Oiseau Bleu provides since 2017 high level custom catering from concept to table. We can arrange for you the complete catering services as well organize your event in its entirety.
Chef Caspar Burgi worked for years in star restaurants as a chef cook and cooked for many television programs. Allowing them to work with his catering company for renowned companies, celebrities and Royalties.
He is used to deliver first class quality and service.
With his creativity and knowledge he is ably to execute your specific ideas and wishes within a specified budget.
L'Oiseau Bleu Catering is specialized in; private diners, walking diners, weddings, buffets, snacks, food trucks, cocktail bars, baristas, theme events and all events when eating & drinking play a key role.
Private chef
Catering L'Oiseau Bleu provides private dinners at home or at a location of your choice. We work together with different locations including our own location Domaine L'Oiseau Bleu where delicious culinary evenings can be organized.
During a private dinner, chef Caspar Burgi can prepare a 2/3/4 or 5-course menu for you. We determine the menu in consultation so that everyone's taste and wishes are taken into account.
We can take care of your evening from A to Z so that the table is nicely set up before you come to the table and the kitchen is cleaned up before we leave.
Please let us know if it is for a special occasion so that we can take that into account.
Hard &
soft drinks
Whether you'd like to have a bar, cocktail bar, barista, fresh juice, smoothie or wine package, with or without sommelier, L'Oiseau Bleu can arrange it for you.
We consult with you which drinks would match the best with your event. If you'd like to work with trendy, high end brands or would like to have an affordable package, L'Oiseau Bleu works with different wine estates and can advise you on which wine will combine the best with which dish.
All our drinks and dishes are served by qualified personnel with knowledge of the trade.
We offer the possibility to hostesses in themed style.
